ONCE you checkout please double check your shipping address before you sumbit your payment. shipping address cannot be changed once you submit. we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once USPS carrier delivered packages. We will not replace any lost/stolen or undelivered product or damaged goods. |

ALL customers is responsible for tracking package via email at all times. Automatic emails are sent once your label is created. If your package is returned from USPS to sender due to incorrect address mailing info or not claimed, customer is RESONSIBLE for new shippimg fees and package. We are, not responsible if your package is lost - during transit or if incorrect information was provided causing it to be returned by USPS. Also we are not responsible for any damaged your package sustains due to excessive handling and/or weather. No REFUNDS will be made to orders undelivered because of address mistakes and/or not claimed. Customers is responsible for new shipping fee. |
